The Magic to Lose Weight Quickly

Dropping weight is a contest; anonymous had quoted ‘gaining is easy compared to losing’. In the today’s society being weighty is unappealing. People take you more seriously, when you are physically fit and mentally sound. I would not say fitness is must for deskbound jobs but yes, I do agree that it makes difference. I met this grandee in Delhi named Captain Ajay Singh Ranbaka in Imperfecto night club, Gurgaon. Exceedingly fit guy, with lots of fortitude and an aesthetic physique. He quoted one line which I still remember, ‘Either look fit or be fit’. It has a logical meaning and you need to put little stress on your mind to understand his philosophy of fitness.

People do several things to lose weight and they are looking for a magic. Let me share an experience with you which aren’t less than magic. After several trials, investigation and guesstimates, the conclusion was that nothing can replace unvarying workout. So what is that magic which I am talking about? It is the diet: eat clean, eat healthy and cheat periodically. That is the intonation.

There is a diet which I came across in the month of July, and which I tried religiously for a week. The diet is known as Keto diet which is essentially for non-vegetarians or egg eaters. I tried this diet for a week and managed to reduce 3 Kgs in 5 days. Isn’t it effective rate of losing weight?

The key to this diet is to follow a simple measurements of nutrition: 70 % Fat, 25 % protein and 5 % Carbs. So you can term this as high fat, high protein and low carb diet. I am sure that now you would be uncertain about it seeing the percentage of fat involved in a single day diet. I will unleash the real magic of losing weight in the following paragraphs with a sample diet to give you an idea of what a keto diet for a day looks like.

What is Keto? Keto had been derived from the biological process of ketosis. In ketosis, your body start producing energy from fat because of less carbs in your body. This energy is more than energy produced from carbs. Reducing carbs and increasing fat also reduces water retention in your body and you experiences detox which is healthy. More carbs and more fat results in overweight. But reducing any one of them leads to reduction in weight. Most of the body builders follow Keto diet to shred down. It is healthy way of living. You need to cheat on 10th or 14th day of your keto diet course in which you can eat anything or everything which can be treat for your taste buds.

Disadvantages? The disadvantage is that you experience carb starvation for starting 48 hours to 72 hours. You will feel out of energy for initial three days and few mood swings. But as soon your body reaches ketosis state, you will experience full of energy and refreshed.

Advantages? Quick shred down of body. Muscles expansion because of good amount of proteins and fat. You can eat as much as you want with butter, cheese or ghee. You will not become weak as it happens in rest of dieting or fasting diet plans.

The Battle of Longewala

After drifting for approximately thousand kilometers from Alwar, I have reached Longewala. This place romanticizes me allot. The battle of Longewala a legend in itself. It is located at 120 kms from city of Jaisalmer. Only way to reach this place is boulevard and if you are tourist then you have to hire a cab. Longewala is prevalent because of the illustrious skirmish tussled between India and Pakistan in 1971. The clash of Longewala is all about how hundred odd men clogged and overwhelmed approximately 2000 Pakistani legionnaires. This battle was all about the audacity, impetus, chauvinism and drive to prizefight exhibited by those eighty Indian warriors. This scuffle is one of my favorite scuffles, and whenever I come to this place, my mind start envisaging how horde of men repudiated the destiny. During the Indo-Pak war of 1971, A-Coy of 23 Punjab had taken up the defences at Longewala. The A-Coy company commander was Major Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri later on emer...

Kashmir War 1947 - 49 By November 1947 Auchinleck, Supreme Commander based in New Delhi, being convinced that Indian Cabinet was seeking to destroy and undo Pakistan by economic and military means, was forced to resign. As the build-up of Indian forces in Jammu and Kashmir continued, Pakistan Army units were being hurriedly organized and equipped without any base for manufacture of ammunition, signal stores, equipment or vehicles. Simultaneously, Pakistan National Guards were raised from ex-servicemen and other volunteers along border areas to provide a second line of defence. By February 1948 Indian build up in Jammu and Kashmir reached five brigades plus, under two full-fledged division Headquarters. Our 101 Brigade, commanded by Brigadier Akbar Khan was rushed into the critical front to forestall and halt the Indian offensive along Uri-Muzaffarabad axis. In April 1948, Commander-in-Chief Pakistan Army appreciating the threats in the north along Muzaffarabad-Kohala...
