There are so many myths about service selection board’s interview. Some are funny and most of are ridiculous. So here are top 10 myths of SSB interview of my time. 1.        You are followed and observed everywhere. Give me some break, you are not followed or observed everywhere, even not in your bathroom. People have this general misconception about SSB interview that they are observed the time they board the train for selection board. So guys relax and be yourself rather showing your useless leadership in annoying people over railway station just because you are observed. 2.        I was repeaters that is why rejected. Buddy you were rejected because you were not fit, not because you have availed ten chances. If you notice most of the times, two out of three recommended candidates are repeaters. My First ever SSB Interview!!!

One of my very sweet friend gave me an idea to share my experience of Service Selection Board Interviews i.e. SSB interview with all of you. SSB interview is for Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, and Indian Coast Guard, to select good and capable officer for their respective organization. They are looking for true leaders, who can lead men of their forces. Selection rate on an average is 1 out of 81. There is no corruption involved in selecting future officers. Structure of SSB for Indian Air Force is as followed: Stage I Screening Test:   Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning Test followed by Picture Perception and Discussion Test.
