READY!!!

Salman Khan is back with another romantic comedy, Ready. From the promos and music, it looks like complete entertainer. There is also a news in the bollywood that it is inspired by Telugu Supper star Allu-Arjun's Arya-2. Its just a rumor and in no way promo conveys the same message, though the music ''dhinka chika'' is inspired by ''ringa ringa'' the telugu song of Allu-Arujun's movie. In ready the major attraction will be obviously the great DABANG of bollywood Salman Khan, followed by Ghajni girl Asin. Recently an item song of this movie was aired on music channels, and trust me the song is awesome, ''Character dheela'' for my foreign readers it means loose character. Zarin khan is in this song, and she is looking very cute, sexy and hot. Distributors has invested 55 crore rupees on this movie, that means, if this movie wants to be an hit, then it has to do a business of 110 crore rupees on box office. Only 5 movies in

Sorry girls, No more short skirts in office premises!!!

It has been reported that law firm Allen & Overy has sent out an official HR email to trainees regarding the dress code. Basically, the action was taken after complaints against the shorter skirts and very high heels of quite a number of women at office. Dozens of trainee solicitors there arrived in very short skirts, which in turn revealed quite a lot of flesh - that was not appreciated in the office environment. The company had a few complaints that it felt like the girls are going clubbing instead of an office. The email was sent to the company's 105 trainees to remind them of their expected dress code. So, if they will not increase the length of their skirts and reduce the height of their heels - they can have unpleasant discussions with the HR department. Similarly, in 2003 JP Morgan issued a memo to its male employees to shave, polish their shoes and consider investing in an iron. Well, I have experienced these sort of things in my work experience as well. In one

Introspection helps to Identify reasons for failure!!!

5 attempts, 5 rejections. Not easy to digest so many failures. But victory belongs to the most preserving. I kept my patience, I was just 20 years and 9 months, and within few months I attempted 5 SSB interviews. People take a year or two, to appear in so many interviews because, a candidate need to travel long distances, and spent their 5 days for testing. I had seen many people, losing their patience, many said after the first attempt itself that they are not going to give a try again. May be that’s why they didn’t deserve to get selected. Mysore Railway Station  I decided that I am not going to lose my patience so early. I have more 6 years to give a try. But somewhere inside I was breaking up, I was not as strong as I was showing. But Rahul Singh Bharadwaj never quits. I had appeared for engineering knowledge test of Indian Air Force for aeronautical engineering course, AEC, and I cleared it once again. I got my SSB date 26 th July. I knew this is the chance in which I need

SSB interview is all about patience and improvement!!!

How does it feel, failing again and again, despite of your best efforts! I just said best efforts. If someone is putting his best efforts, then why he is failing consistently. If someone is trying best, and still fails, then that means, that is not his best. After 4 failures in SSBs, and each one for different reasons, I was terrified from inside. I controlled my emotions, I never showed that I am terrified, but I was. I was losing confidence. I was scared for the first time in my life. My parents acted that they were supporting my decision of still trying for armed forces, but even they had few doubts on me. With each failure they were losing confidence in me. I had applied for Short Service Commissioning in Technical Branch for Indian Navy. This entry is only for engineers, either B.Tech/B.E or M.E/M.Tech. I figured out my name on their website, though I didn’t received the call letter, but we were allowed to carry the print out. After two straight screened out experiences

STUBBORN CAN'T WIN

After getting rejection in screening itself. I was little disappointed. I was not ready to accept this failure. I have always seen myself as a deserving candidate for armed forces. But something was wrong, which lead to my rejection in screening itself. I had applied for university entry scheme of Indian army, and I got SSB call for it.  As it clashed with my CDSE SSB, and I preferred CDSE SSB over UES INDIAN ARMY SSB, so I didn't appear on the first date. They called me again for the same course at Allahabad in absentee batch. Allahabad is considered as mecca of all SSBs. It is one of the oldest selection center in the country.  I had one month time, and I started preparing. I didn't concentrate on the reasons which lead to my rejection in screening. Once again I was preparing for psychology, interview and group task, which was the 2nd phase testing. I booked my tickets for Allahabad. I felt that may be I will make it in army. I was going with some hope.  Train jour

I have not yet begun to fight!

My new year started on a disappointing note. Now it was clear that I can't be a pilot in Indian Air Force. But may be I haven't yet begun to fight! I was happy about the fact that I was rejected due to PABT Test, and I was not rejected by the SSB Interview. Failing in PABT doesn't mean that you don't have officer like qualities, it only means that you don't have attitude to be an pilot in Indian Air Force. I accepted the bitter truth, and it was time to move on.  I appeared for combined defence services exam CDSE II in September 2009. I qualified that exam, and got a SSB call for Indian Navy. I was called to 33SSB Bhopal and my reporting date was 23rd march 2010. Now this was call for 3rd battle of my life. It was important to me because CDSE is a dream course. I started my preparation. I knew the mistakes which I made last time. This time I started preparing for interview. Interview was one of those point which I was lacking. I didn't concentrate on screen
