Indian Army has published shortlisted candidates list for SSC Tech 40. They have shortlisted 21427 candidates out of approximately forty four thousand who had applied for this entry. They have shortlisted on the basis of aggregate till the 6th semester. The cut off percentage is 63 percent up to 6th semester. It is awkward because final year students are not eligible for this entry and Army should have kept the cut off as 63 percent as the final aggregate in engineering. It is very disappointing to see that Indian Army is unable to recognize the fact that final year student will not be able to join as their final semester result will not be announced on time of joining. How does it feel, failing again and again, despite of your best efforts! I just said best efforts. If someone is putting his best efforts, then why he is failing consistently. If someone is trying best, and still fails, then that means, that is not his best. After 4 failures in SSBs, and each one for different reasons, I was terrified from inside.
