The First Essential Step to Glory

Life is a war and deity has flung us in the combat precinct. India has inhabitants of more than 120 crores, which implies the level of antagonism among each other is enormously high. Fewer jobs but applicants are more than that. Not only this, even the industrialists are contending with each other in this country as possessions are comparatively lesser than the number of industries trying to capture and utilize it to produce higher profits.

In 21st century, setbacks are certainly not conventional. Therefore, every single soul wants to attain brilliance. But what is the formula to achieve attainment? Many people are looking for the methods and keys which will unlock the door of triumph in their life. In this article, we will mainly discuss about the first step towards winning a war.

Primary Estimation. Before contending in any field, you should know your competitors. If you are industrialists then you have to be aware in a detailed manner about your enemy/competitor. Hence, primary estimation comes into play before entering the war zone.

Following are the simple things which you need to estimate about your competitor before deciding that you are ready to challenge and defeat him. Let us examine these points.

1.       Leadership.  Is your competitor better leader than you? How effective his command and control is over his colleagues and subordinates? A leader will always turn out to be a winner. When you will compete with him, then he will try to utilize his colleagues and subordinates to defeat you. For this he needs to have better command and control then only people will listen to him and end up following him to achieve the objective.

2.       Skill. Next you need to find out about the skills of your enemy. About his capability which is due to the skills he has acquired over the time. This will also help you to calculate his strengths and weakness.

3.       Advantages. Find out about the advantages which he has over you. List it out which will make things easy for you for the later part of estimation of your enemy. It will also help you to come to a conclusion.

4.       Discipline. A discipline enemy is the most dangerous one. But no one in this world is perfectly disciplined. Search the loop holes in the wall of discipline constructed by him. Then only you will be able to breach his fortified wall which appears difficult right now.

5.       Training. Training prepares you for adverse. How well your competitor is trained in the particular field where you are challenging him, where you are dreaming to overpower him. This will be a deciding factor.

Estimate the above factors initially and also judge you on the mentioned factors. Decide yourself that how many factors are in your favour and in his favour. If all of them favour you then you are ready to compete and defeat him. If all of them favours your enemy then don’t be foolish to wage a war against him, you need to prepare and make above factors in your favour then only you can think of challenging him.

The Battle of Longewala

After drifting for approximately thousand kilometers from Alwar, I have reached Longewala. This place romanticizes me allot. The battle of Longewala a legend in itself. It is located at 120 kms from city of Jaisalmer. Only way to reach this place is boulevard and if you are tourist then you have to hire a cab. Longewala is prevalent because of the illustrious skirmish tussled between India and Pakistan in 1971. The clash of Longewala is all about how hundred odd men clogged and overwhelmed approximately 2000 Pakistani legionnaires. This battle was all about the audacity, impetus, chauvinism and drive to prizefight exhibited by those eighty Indian warriors. This scuffle is one of my favorite scuffles, and whenever I come to this place, my mind start envisaging how horde of men repudiated the destiny. During the Indo-Pak war of 1971, A-Coy of 23 Punjab had taken up the defences at Longewala. The A-Coy company commander was Major Kuldeep Singh Chandpuri later on emer...
