The Outgoing Call Saga

What is the furthermost vexing part in life? You are wayfaring and getting jaded, swiftly thought of a girl crosses your mind and you want to speak to her. You take out your phone, with lot of pre-paid balance in it, you dial the number and then you realize you cannot make any outgoing calls. You check your balance, try to send sms and increasing your frustration, you find you can do anything with your phone other than calling that girl you really like.

The same problem I faced when I was traveling and I was unable to make outgoing calls with my iphone 4s apple phone. I was feeling helpless and this is iconic situation of 21^st century. I was able to use whatsapp, 3G internet but unable to make calls. Even not to customer care and in case of emergency I was unable to make call to police as well.

I tried to find solution of this problem on internet and made several Google search only failing to find the solution. I was reading the solutions and one thing I was clear about that it is not fault of network. I had to change something in my iphone 4s setting. After hours of brainstorming, I came up with something and it worked for me. Finally, I was able to call my girl and I thought I should share with all of you so that no other smart soul like me in this world overcome this kind of problem.

STEPS:

1. Take your iPhone in your hand.

2. Unlock the iPhone.

3. Go in settings of the iPhone.

4. Then Scroll down and go to phone icon on home page of setting.

5. Then in ‘phone’ scroll down.

6. After scrolling down you will find ‘dial assist’.

7. Significance of dial assist is that, it automatically identifies the international code of the dial number.

8. Enable dial assist.

9. Now you are all set to enjoy the outgoing calls.

10. Now you call your loved ones and let me do again.
