The Breavement Train

India is a country where wandering from one place to another is a unique know-how. Travel by train or bus or flight, every single time it will be a new familiarity, a new escapade. This vacation, I just assumed of hitting Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan and well branded as The Pink City. Boarded a train from Delhi and it was an uncommon hours of passage to reach Jaipur.

All the way through the voyage there was some clamor on the roof of compartment. I thought either Ethan Hunt of Mission Impossible is leaping or belligerent on the roof or there is some serious delinquent. When I reached Jaipur, I saw hundreds of people sitting on the roof of train and traveling. I had seen this kind of situation when I was young, but now a days it is quite rare people traveling on the roof.

These people are not less than any super hero or James Bond. Train moving at fast speed, passing through thought-provoking terrain and weather, it is remarkable to see these people managing to save their life just to reach from one destination to another. It is a deadly way of traveling, and it may prove to be on death train for them. I was surprised to see that railway police did not react to this matter. Jaipur is a big city and important railway junction but still, this incident did not come in notice of railway officials. May be the value of life is decreasing among people in India. Government of India should look into the matter as soon as possible

After drifting for approximately thousand kilometers from Alwar, I have reached Longewala. This place romanticizes me allot. The battle of Longewala a legend in itself. It is located at 120 kms from city of Jaisalmer. Only way to reach this place is boulevard and if you are tourist then you have to hire a cab. Longewala is prevalent because of the illustrious skirmish tussled between India and Pakistan in 1971.
