Unlike the traditional roasting process, the chicken is continuously rotate so that it is being cooked from each and every side. The moistness of chicken meat after roasting it by using rotisserie method is because of the continuous rotation of the meat which removes the dripping fat and juices stays inside the meat of the chicken.  It is highly recommended that whenever you cook chicken in rotisserie way then marinate the chicken for three to four hours. Due to this the flavor of chicken will stay with it even after roasting it. If you are thinking to use dry rubs then cut small slits on skin of the meat. This will create number of flavor pouches in the chicken meat.

 Crating slits also helps in marinating the chicken in even manner. It is said that as close as the dry rub is the chicken will taste that much better. It is guaranteed that you will eat more chicken piece once it is cooked properly and you don't need to think about the number of calories consumed. It is because chicken cooked through rotisserie method reduces the fat content of the chicken.
