4. Crunch up by lifting your head and chest, and try to touch your knee with the head, if you are unable to touch it, then push yourself as far as possible.
5. After touching your knees move down slowly.

In this toe touch workout, you need to hold a straight pull up bar, then fold your knees and bring your thighs closer to your stomach, in this position pull yourself partially upwards. Now, do back roll in this posture in such a way that your toe touches the pull up bar and your face is towards the ground. If you are able to see the ground, then you are doing it perfectly. This workout is the most effective one, and you can see positive result within couple of weeks.
