Rosemary Chicken Breast recipe is an easy dinner recipe, which is taste of home recipes for two.
Ingredients
• One chicken of 22 ounces
• Half lemon
• Two fresh rosemary sprigs
• One tbsp. of olive oil
• One-fourth tsp. of salt
• One-eighth tsp. of pepper
• Ten garlic
• Ten cloves
• Two tbsp. of chicken broth
• One-fourth cup of red wine
Method:
• In an ungreased baking dish, place chicken’s breast over lemon and rosemary springs.
• Brush the breast with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
• Now add garlic into baking dish.
• Bake without covering at 450 degree for 19 minutes.
• After baking it for 19 minutes, pour chicken broth and red wine over chicken and bake for 14 minutes at 350 degree.
• Remove chicken and keep it in serving plates.
• Take out the pan juice into a saucepan, and boil it.
• Reduce heat to simmer and uncover the saucepan for 6 minutes.
• After 6 minutes strain juice
• Serve it with chicken’s breast.
