Ingredients:
To make Cupcakes:
• One and a half cups of cake flour
• One teaspoon of baking soda
• One-fourth teaspoon of baking powder
• Half teaspoon of salt
• Half cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
• One and a half cup of sugar or use honey in place of sugar
• Two large eggs
• Half cup of cooking vegetable oil
• One cup of orange juice
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• One and a half tea spoon of orange Zest
To make Chocolate Butter cream:
• Half cup of butter
• One-third cup of cocoa powder
• Two cups of confectioner sugar
• Three tablespoon of whipping cream
Method:
• First preheat the oven at 176 degree Celsius. Take the chocolate cups and line them with paper liners.
• Add cake flour, baking soda, and baking powder, salt and cocoa powder in a large glass bowl and sift them, then set aside.
• In a blender take eggs, sugar and oil and blend them until sugar is well mixed. Now add orange juice, vanilla extract and orange and blend them in the blender until the mixture is well mixed.
• Now beat the dry ingredients with the above batter until it is evenly mixed.
• Fill the chocolate cups full with 3-4th with prepared batter.
• Bake for twenty to twenty five minutes in the pre-heated oven.
• Take out and then cool down chocolate cupcakes.
• Add butter in a blender and blend it until it is soft.
• Now add cocoa powder and sugar in the butter and blend it until it is mixed properly.
• Take remaining sugar and 1 tablespoon of whipping cream and blend it until well mixed.
• Add the rest of the whipping cream and blend on high for three to four minutes.
• Now frost the orange chocolate cupcake bonanza with the blended cream
• Decorate with a fresh orange piece.
Orange Chocolate cupcake Bonanza is ready to serve.
