Bottling and Aging:
The easiest stage of homemade wine making is bottling and Aging. Bottling and aging is easiest stage but it needed to be done carefully. After completion of extraction and fermentation fill the wine in the bottle and allow its aging. Most of the time new wine doesn't taste good; this is because its flavors need more time to mellow down. In such cases, store the wine in the bottle and allow its aging. There is saying ‘’old wine taste good’’.
